Ayurvedic Massage and Bodywork

Ayurvedic bodywork is deeply healing, delightful and relaxing. Book a session to improve your health or just to give yourself a treat! Sessions are offered at the Rasa Ayurveda clinic in either Nelson or Mapua.
Allow 10 minutes extra for your first session for a health check-in, and 10 minutes after your session for a little rest and transition before leaving.
