About Rati (Romany)

Namaste. I'm Rati (Romany Rutledge), a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and long time yoga practitioner and teacher. I love to share my deep appreciation and knowledge of ayurvedic wisdom. Ayurveda is a system of healthcare that is relevant to every being on Earth, as it draws wisdom from the fundamental laws of nature that govern the dynamics of the macrocosm of the world, and the microcosm of our individual bodies.
One of the specialities of ayurveda is its ability to individualise healthcare - no two people are alike, and this is deeply considered and applied when offering healthcare. Two people with the same illness may receive very different treatment.

I specialise in treatment of digestive disorders, vegetarian nutrition, women's healthcare, as well as mental and emotional support. However, I would love to help you with whatever your unique situation is presenting.
I especially love to give ayurvedic bodywork treatments, and see the instant relief and improvement that can be had. All of my bodywork treatments are adapted to suit our western cultural sensitivities and resources.

When I'm not in practice you might find me with my family (two teenage children and husband), gardening, walking, practicing yoga or playing guitar and singing.
