Netra Tarpana is an Ayurvedic therapy to revitalise the eyes. It can soothe burning sensations, relieve dryness, irritatation, inflammation, and support healing. 
Before the Netra Tarpana takes place, you will receive a head and face massage, to relieve tension in the muscles and tissues of the head so that the treatment can have maximum benefit. The eyes are then bathed in a warm bath of medicated ghee, eye exercises are performed and then the eyes are cooled and rested.
