Purify your physical body, restore your mental and emotional balance, and find your centre again in a place of tranquil equilibrium. This is a great option if you want to make a strong mark on your wellness; to celebrate a special life occasion; in combination with another health regimen as a support; as a 'micro-holiday' for the mind and spirit; or as a very special gift for a loved one.
3-HOUR EXPERIENCE
Often relaxation and restoration happens in stages. Three hours allows your body and mind sufficient time to really 'drop in'. The three hour session includes several bodywork modalities, time to rest and integrate, and ayurvedic snacks and dosha appropriate herbal teas.
Daily sessions start at either at 10am or 2pm. Please book with a minimum of 48hrs notice to allow me enough preparation time.

CREATE A CUSTOMISED WELLNESS RETREAT

There is also option for multi-day wellness retreats, receiving either 2 or 3 days of treatment to achieve long lasting results. This is perfectly combined with a detox or cleansing program, or for those looking to make deep and lasting improvements to their health. I can also connect you with other supportive local yoga, chi gong and meditation classes to make a complete wellness package for yourself.
Accommodation and food is not provided, but I can offer suggestions for this.

Total Bliss Relaxation Package
3 hours $300
Here you can enter your most deeply relaxed state, from which you can return to your life with fresh perspective and vigour!
This package starts with a full body abhyanga massage, an inward drawing facial marma sequence, followed by the bliss inducing shirodhara treatment, enabling you to switch off and return to life feeling rejuvenated.
Tension and Pain Relief Package
3 hours - $300
Undo your muscle knots and melt away tension with this therapeutic pain relief package. Here I use a combination of pinda swedana, external basti and abhyanga to target your specific pain areas and help you feel free and functional in your body.
Detox and Weight Loss Package
3 hours $300
Stimulate your body to cleanse or assist your weight loss journey with this purifying combination of treatments. Start with a silk glove massage, continue with brief abhyanga, an invigorating herbal powder massage and complete muscle melting hot towels, all to revive your natural healthy state and feel fantastic.
