It can improve lymphatic drainage, enhance blood circulation, which leads to a radiant complexion and rejuvenated body. Udvartana is great in cases of excess weight and lethargy as it is stimulating and detoxifying. Udvartana is not suitable for people with sensitive or inflamed skin or when there are open wounds, varicose veins, rashes, acne or general skin irritation.
